You have 30 days to return/exchange a new item from the invoice date. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be sent back in its original condition. If you are unsure about the size, try the item on indoors. We cannot take back any item that shows wear outdoors, even if it was only worn for a couple of minutes.
You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping cost if you ordered the wrong size or wrong item. If it is our mistake and we sent you the wrong size or item, we will pay the shipping costs. Please include a copy of your invoice along with the item(s) being returned. If you do not have the invoice, please write down all relevant information on a piece of paper (name, phone, email, invoice date).
Customized items may not be returned for any reason other than a manufacterer defect. Customization costs are nonrefundable.

In our experience, through proper care and normal use a defective item will be evident within 90 days. For this reason, you may return a defective item up to 90 days from purchase date for a 100% store credit. You, the customer, are responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to Soccer 2000. If the product is determined defective, Soccer 2000 will cover shipping costs of the replaced item.
